The session was very accessible and relatable in style - a good mixture of personal experience, stories and theory. Lots of concepts and models explained in a very memorable way. It also felt action-oriented so folks could leave and think about taking action. Subira took the time after the event to give others a chance to have a chat 1:1. I would really recommend Subira for future talks.

Subira was a fantastic addition to our all-colleague conference. The content of the talk was a relatively "new" approach for our colleagues, and Subira's delivery was perfect to ensure it wasn't intimidating, and was viewed as a positive approach to a sometimes taboo topic in the workplace. The feedback we have had on Subira as a person has also been fantastic - taking the time to speak 1-2-1 with some colleagues who had additional questions at the end of the session. Quite often I try and multi-task when I attend a virtual session, however, this one really held my attention. There were so many learnings from this discussion and it was different to the sessions that are normally run on this topic. It was realistic and recognised that we often focus on matters that have no impact on avoiding burnout. I will be working on boundaries and going through a Life Audit and making some changes as a result of Subira's talk. Thank you!
